Welcome to Veterinary Medical Center of Clayton

The Veterinary Medical Center of Clayton was originally founded by Dr Ford in 1952. It was the first veterinary practice in the area and was fondly recognized for the customer service and care patients received. Dr Ford ran the practice for 30 years until he retired and passed it on to Dr Duke. Dr Duke later passed the practice on to Dr Lewis and her husband ( also a veterinarian) who ran the practice until 2017. In 2017, after 10 years of dedicated service, Dr Lewis passes the practice on to Dr Green Solomon, knowing that her clients and their pets would be in safe hands.

The practice still looks like the small town practice of yester years. We have proudly served 3 generations of clients. The vision of the practice remains the same - to provide affordable care for pets in our community. We have worked hard to update the facility to remain in tune with medical advances and safety standards. We hope that our charming "little vet practice on the corner" will make you feel right at home.
